A series of 6 sessions where teachers will be introduced to a number of evidence based practices which have been proven to reduce stress and increase our general sense of wellbeing.
Participants will learn how to relax deeply, reduce over-thinking and build lasting habits that lead to more mindful, harmonious living.
They will get the opportunity to learn about the theory and science underpinning these practices. The participants will enjoy learningthe skills and practicing them in each session. They will also explore how these practices can be easily and effortlessly incorporated into our everyday lives.
Some of the practices that will be explored include Mindfulness, Resilience, Gratitude, Growth Mindset, Yoga and Ayurveda. Throughout the sessions we will be referencing the work of Jon Kabat Zinn, Mark Williams, Carol Dweck, Jacinta Kitt and many more.
