Building a Culture of Restorative Practice in Post-Primary schools

The Restorative Practice COP (Community of Practice) will focus on supporting schools and RP school leaders on introducing Restorative Practice into their school and how best to effect culture change. An exchange of best practice and real-life examples will be shared among those with years’ experience and those who are new to the philosophy.

Facilitator: Ciara Crowe

Ciara Crowe will facilitate the COP. She has trained with ConnectRP, Childhood Development Initiative, Tallaght and completed her Master thesis on the benefits of Restorative Practice in schools. She has led the introduction and establishment of RP in her school over the last number of years and currently leads the RP school team. The school is a large post-primary school which has seen great benefits for staff and students since it started its RP journey.
