Overview
Helping students prepare effectively for Leaving Cert Geography can feel overwhelming, for them and for us as teachers. In this webinar, Lee O’Donnell will share concrete strategies to make revision more structured, engaging, and productive.
Drawing on his classroom experience and research, Lee will show you how to:
- Use retrieval practice to strengthen memory and reduce forgetting.
- Build a culture of retrieval through DoNow activities, homework, and independent practice.
- Systemise revision with retrieval booklets, SRP plans, and timed essays.
- Reduce teacher workload while increasing student accountability and success.
