This transformative webinar series equips teachers and school leaders with essential skills to foster a culture of authentic relating and non-violent conflict resolution. Rooted in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), mediation techniques, the CINERGY Conflict Coaching Model, and authentic relating practices, the training empowers participants to reshape their approach to conflict - both personally and within their school communities.
By developing these skills, educators will influence not only their own responses to conflict but also the broader school culture, fostering more empathetic, resilient, and connected school environments.
Participants will leave with practical, immediately applicable tools to navigate and resolve conflicts effectively. This training aligns with the An Cosán Framework, supporting professional growth while empowering educators to model and teach conflict resilience. By integrating relational, communication-centred strategies, teachers will cultivate more supportive and empathetic school communities where both students and staff thrive.
