Bio

With over 20 years of experience in the field of education, I am a dedicated teaching principal, leader coach, and mentor committed to fostering a positive and empowering learning environment. My journey in education has been driven by a passion for nurturing the potential of both students and educators, ensuring that everyone in my community has the opportunity to thrive.
Teaching Principal
As a teaching principal, I am deeply involved in the academic and personal development of my students. I believe that education is a collaborative effort, and I actively engage with teachers, students, and parents to create a vibrant and inclusive school community. My approach emphasises respect, integrity, and a pursuit of high standards.
Leader Coach
In my role as a leader coach, I am dedicated to guiding educators in their professional growth. I provide support and strategies to enhance teaching practices, foster professional development, and cultivate leadership skills. By investing in the growth of educators, I aim to create a ripple effect that benefits the entire educational system.
Mentor
Mentorship is at the heart of my career. I am committed to helping individuals discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. My mentoring philosophy is based on active listening, empathy, and providing constructive feedback. I take pride in seeing my mentees develop confidence and achieve their full potential.
